- An AI email assistant is software that helps you deal with email. Most of them write your replies or sort your inbox. ForwardThis takes on the work an email leaves behind, in the apps you already use: forward the email and consider it done.
- What can ForwardThis actually do?
- Anything supported by one of your connected apps: create tasks, update records, save files, add calendar events, send messages, add notes, move documents and more. You can even ask it to perform multiple tasks from a single email.
- Do I have to build workflows first?
- No. There are no triggers, rules or workflows to set up. Send ForwardThis an email, tell it what you want done, and only connect an app if and when it’s needed.
- Does ForwardThis need access to my inbox?
- No. ForwardThis acts on the emails you choose to send it. It never requires mailbox access — the one exception is if you deliberately connect Gmail or Outlook as an app, which grants read access for search you ask for.
- What happens if it gets something wrong?
- If something important is unclear, ForwardThis asks before acting. Reversible actions can be undone for 24 hours, and anything that can’t be safely undone needs your approval first.
