Does it work with our practice management software?

It does. ForwardThis works with Karbon and Senta today, and more apps are added every month. A forwarded client query can become a task on the job, and a new prospect can go straight onto the client list.

Can my team use it too?

What happens to emails with client financial information in them?

Your email is processed securely and used only to carry out your instructions. ForwardThis keeps it just long enough for you to press undo, then deletes it completely. Nothing is stored long term.

Can it set up folders in Google Drive for a new client?

Yes. If you mention a Google Drive folder that does not exist, ForwardThis creates it for you. "Save the attachments under Clients/Fenwick Bros/2027 Year End" works on day one of an engagement.
