- Does it work with the tools an estate agency already uses?
- Yes. It works with Google Calendar, HubSpot, Docusign, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Xero, Slack, Twilio and 145+ other apps. Each app takes one click to connect, and once connected it stays connected.
- Does it work with Reapit, Alto or Street?
- Not yet. ForwardThis cannot update those platforms today, and new apps are added every month. It still covers the rest of an estate agency's day: viewings in the calendar, offers and applicants in the CRM, documents in Google Drive, invoices in Xero, and texts to sellers and applicants.
- Can my team use it too?
- We're working hard on getting our team plan ready to launch. If you'd like to use ForwardThis for your team, please email us for more information.
- What happens to emails with client and property details in them?
- Your email is processed securely and used only to carry out your instructions. ForwardThis keeps it just long enough for you to press undo, then deletes it completely. Nothing is stored long term.
- Can it set up folders in Google Drive for a new property?
- Yes. If you mention a Google Drive folder that does not exist, ForwardThis creates it for you. "File this under Properties/31 Ketton Vale/Marketing" works from the day the listing goes live.
