- How do busy people use ForwardThis as a personal assistant?
- By forwarding the emails that carry life admin in them. An appointment confirmation goes in the calendar. A bill gets filed. A school email becomes a task with a due date. A renewal notice is calendared with a reminder a week before. Each one can be actioned from a single forwarded email.
- Does it work with the apps I already use?
- Yes. It works with Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Todoist, TickTick, Notion, QuickBooks and 145+ other apps. Each app takes one click to connect, and once connected it stays connected.
- Does it read my inbox?
- No. ForwardThis only sees the emails you forward to it. It does not connect to your inbox, it does not watch for new mail, and it does not run on a schedule. Nothing happens until you forward an email with your instructions.
- Can it send a text message for me?
- Yes. Tell it who to text and what to say, and it writes the message and shows it to you first. Nothing is sent until you approve the wording. A sent text cannot be unsent, so texts are the one thing undo does not cover.
- Can my family or my team use it too?

- What happens to personal emails?
- Your email is processed securely and used only to carry out your instructions. ForwardThis keeps it just long enough for you to press undo, then deletes it completely. Nothing is stored long term.
