- How do I send a PandaDoc document by email?
- Forward the email to your ForwardThis address with some simple instructions, like "send our Contractor Agreement to Dana Whitfield, dana.whitfield@outlook.com, for signature". That is the whole path from email to PandaDoc: ForwardThis shows you the send first, and the document goes out once you say yes. The first time, you will need a free ForwardThis account with PandaDoc connected - it takes about 30 seconds.
- Will anything be sent without me seeing it?
- No. Every send is shown to you first with the document and the signer's name and email address, because a document out for signature cannot be called back. Nothing leaves until you say yes.
- Can it send the attached file for signature?
- Not yet. ForwardThis sends your saved PandaDoc templates - the contractor agreement, the standard proposal, the retainer. It cannot upload a fresh file from the email and build a document around it.

- Can I cancel a document after it has gone out?
- Not through ForwardThis. PandaDoc has no unsend, and there is no cancel here to soften that, which is exactly why every send waits for your yes. If a sent document needs pulling back, that is a job for your PandaDoc account.
