How it works
Connect PandaDoc
Create a free account and connect PandaDoc. It takes about 30 seconds, and you only do it once.
Forward an email
Forward any email to your ForwardThis address along with your instructions. One email can ask for several things at once.
Done.
ForwardThis replies when it's done, with a short summary and links to what it made. PandaDoc has no way to take these back, so anything that cannot be reversed is shown to you first.
Just forward it
to do@forwardthis.io
Fwd: Happy to go ahead
Draft the Standard Services Agreement for Rachel Doyle at rachel@fernhillfoods.co.uk.

We're happy with the £4,200 scope as written. Send the paperwork across and I'll get it signed this week.
Created "Standard Services Agreement - Fernhill Foods"
Draft, from the Standard Services Agreement template
Task: Chase Fernhill for signature

Why you need ForwardThis
Email is messy, every message asking for something different. It means constantly leaving your inbox and juggling tabs. ForwardThis skips all of that: forward an email along with some simple instructions, and it’s handled. Compatible with every email provider, and it works across the apps you’re already using.
Questions
- How do I send an email to PandaDoc?
- Forward the email to your ForwardThis address with a line saying what you need, like "draft the Standard Services Agreement for Rachel at rachel@fernhillfoods.co.uk". It finds the template by name, creates the document, and shows you what it is about to do before it does it. It can also list your documents, tell you a document's status and who has signed, and send a draft out for signature. The first time, you'll need a free account with PandaDoc connected, which takes about 30 seconds - that's the entire PandaDoc email integration.
- Can it create a document from one of my templates?
- Yes. Name the template in your line and it matches it against the templates in your account, coming back with the real candidates if the name fits more than one. The recipient's name and email come from what you wrote, never from the forwarded message itself, so nothing a client writes to you can quietly change who the document is for.
- Can it send a document for signature?
- Yes, when you ask for it, and it always stops and shows you the document and every recipient by name and address before anything goes out. This is the one to read carefully: once a document is in somebody's inbox awaiting signature, there is no undo. PandaDoc gives no way to un-send it, so ForwardThis does not pretend it can.
- Can I check who has signed without opening PandaDoc?
- Yes, and it is the question this integration gets asked most. Name the document and the reply tells you its status, who it went to, and which of them have completed it. Ask more broadly and you get your recent documents with their statuses: draft, sent, viewed or completed.
- How is this different from PandaDoc's own workflow or Zapier?
- PandaDoc's own automation is the better choice when a document is generated from a form or a CRM record the same way every time. Zapier suits that too, once you have built the rule. ForwardThis is for the deal that closes in an email thread: the client says yes, you say draft it, and the paperwork exists a moment later without you opening anything.
