- How do I add an email to Smartsheet?
- Forward the email to your ForwardThis address with some simple instructions, like "add this enquiry to the Bookings sheet: Sophie Trent, 14 June, Elmswell Barn". ForwardThis adds the row and replies with a link. The first time, you will need a free ForwardThis account with Smartsheet connected. It takes about 30 seconds.
- How does it know which columns to fill in?
- It matches the details in your instructions to the sheet's own column names. If something does not match a column, ForwardThis asks instead of guessing.
- Can it use details from the email itself?
