- How do agencies use ForwardThis?
- By forwarding the emails that carry work in them. A brief becomes a task on the project board. A signed contract gets filed in the client folder. A supplier invoice lands in Xero. An enquiry goes into the CRM. Each one can be actioned from a single forwarded email.
- Does it work with the tools an agency already uses?
- Yes. It works with Trello, Asana, Monday, Notion, Google Drive, Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Slack and 145+ other apps. Each app takes one click to connect, and once connected it stays connected.
- Does it work with Productive, Streamtime or Scoro?
- Not yet. ForwardThis cannot add work to those platforms today, and new apps are added every month. It still covers the rest of an agency's tools: project boards, files, calendars, bookkeeping and the CRM.
- Can my team use it too?
- We're working hard on getting our team plan ready to launch. If you'd like to use ForwardThis for your team, please email us for more information.
- What happens to client-sensitive emails?
- Your email is processed securely and used only to carry out your instructions. ForwardThis keeps it just long enough for you to press undo, then deletes it completely. Nothing is stored long term.
- Can it set up folders in Google Drive for a new client?
- Yes. If you mention a Google Drive folder that does not exist, ForwardThis creates it for you. "File this under Clients/NewCo/Contracts" works on day one of an engagement.
