- Does it work with the tools a recruiter already uses?

- What can it do in the ATS?
- It can add a candidate and add notes to a record from a forwarded email, in Greenhouse, Ashby or Recruitee. It does not move candidates through stages, and it does not send outreach for you. The ATS stays in charge of the process; ForwardThis saves you the typing.
- Can my team use it too?

- What happens to candidate-sensitive emails?
- Your email is processed securely and used only to carry out your instructions. ForwardThis keeps it just long enough for you to press undo, then deletes it completely. Nothing is stored long term.
- Can it set up folders in Google Drive for a new candidate?
- Yes. If you mention a Google Drive folder that does not exist, ForwardThis creates it for you. "File this under Candidates/Amy Chen/References" works the first time a candidate appears.
