- Is ForwardThis a Fyxer alternative?
- Not for what Fyxer does best. Inbox triage, drafted replies and meeting notes are Fyxer's ground, and ForwardThis does none of them. It is an alternative for what happens after the email: the CRM entry, the filed invoice, the task in your project tool. If that admin is what you wanted an assistant for, ForwardThis is the better fit.
- Can I use both?

- How does the pricing actually compare?
- Fyxer is per seat: Starter is $30 a user a month and Professional is $50, with 25 percent off on annual billing and a 7-day free trial. ForwardThis is per action: the free plan gives 10 actions a month with every feature, and paid starts at $15 a month for 100 actions across the account. One forwarded email is one action, back-and-forth included. A five-person team pays Fyxer five times; it pays ForwardThis for the work it sends.
- Does ForwardThis need access to my inbox?
- No. The only email ForwardThis ever sees is the one you forward, and no email content is kept once the action completes. Fyxer needs full mailbox access, because triage cannot work without it, and it takes that responsibility seriously: SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, with your data never used to train third-party models. The difference is not who is careful. It is how much either one sees.
- Does ForwardThis draft replies like Fyxer?
- No. Drafting replies in your voice is Fyxer's job, and ForwardThis does not compete with it. ForwardThis can send a message as part of a job you forward, and message actions can be held for approval so you see the exact words before anything goes out.
- What if my email is not on Gmail or Outlook?
