Add this as a new item in the Blog collection on brightco.com, with Nina as the author, and put a task on my Asana list to review it.

Here's the piece we talked about, roughly 900 words. Happy for you to trim it. Ideally it would go up before the end of the month.

Why you need ForwardThis

ForwardThis skips all of that: forward an email along with some simple instructions, and it’s handled. Compatible with every email provider, and it works across the apps you’re already using.
Questions
- How do I send an email to Webflow?
- Forward the email to your ForwardThis address with a line naming the collection, like "add this as an item in the Blog collection on brightco.com". ForwardThis creates it as a draft, fills in the fields your instruction gives it, and replies with a link. The first time, you'll need a free account with Webflow connected, which takes about 30 seconds - that's the whole Webflow email integration.
- Will anything appear on my live site?
- Not by itself. Anything it adds is created as a draft, and anything it edits stays staged, exactly as if you'd made the change in Webflow and not pressed publish. Visitors see nothing until a publish happens.
- Can it publish the site?
- Yes, and it is careful about it, because publishing takes every staged change live, including changes other people made since the last publish. So the approval names the site and the domains it is about to go live on, and nothing happens until you say yes. A publish has no opposite, so no undo is offered for it.
- Can it read what's already in a collection?
- Yes. Ask what's in a collection and you get its items back in a reply, whether that's blog posts, projects or whatever else the collection holds. It can also list the sites on your account and each site's collections, which is handy when you can't remember the exact collection name to use.
- Can it change my site's design or its pages?
- No. This is the CMS half of Webflow only: collection items, and publishing. Layout, styles and page structure live in the Designer and stay there.
