- How do I send an email to Squarespace?
- Forward the customer's email to your ForwardThis address and add a line like "check the orders since Saturday for Nina". The order comes back to you as a reply, with what they bought and what they paid. The first time, you'll need a free account with Squarespace connected, which takes about 30 seconds - that's the whole Squarespace email integration.
- Can it refund an order or mark one as fulfilled?
- No. It never moves money, never changes an order's status and never emails your customer. Refunds and fulfilment are yours to do in Squarespace, with the answer already in front of you.
- Can it edit my site?
- Your pages and design stay exactly as you left them. It can add a product to your catalogue when you ask for one, and that product arrives hidden, so nothing appears on your shop until you make it visible yourself. Everything else it does with your catalogue is reading.
- What does it tell me about orders?
- Recent orders with the buyer, what they ordered and the total, plus the revenue added up across them. Say when you want it from, like "since Saturday" or "this month", and it narrows to that.
- Can I use it to answer a customer asking where their order is?
- That's the main reason it exists. Forward their email, ask what they bought, and the order comes back to you in a reply within the same thread, so you can answer them without leaving your inbox or logging in to check.
