An ops assistant for your inbox
ForwardThis for sales teams
Sales teams run on email. Leads, meeting requests, deal updates, signed orders, pricing requests: they all land in your inbox, and they all need actioning. ForwardThis actions them for you. Forward the email, add some simple instructions, and it does the work in the apps you already use.

The emails sales teams deal with every day
ForwardThis takes on the repetitive tasks you would normally delegate, or switch between apps to deal with yourself. Each one of these can be actioned from a single forwarded email.
An inbound lead
“Log this as a lead with a task to call back tomorrow morning.”
The lead is in your CRM with the follow-up task attached, so nobody has to remember to chase it.
A demo request
“Book the demo for Tuesday at 10am with a video link.”
The demo goes in your calendar with the thread attached to the invite.
A buyer's reply on a live deal
“Add a note to the Arden deal that sign-off has moved to the 20th.”
The update sits on the deal record, so the pipeline reflects what the buyer actually said.
A signed order
“File this under Customers/Weldon/Orders and post it in #sales.”
The order is filed in the customer's folder, and the team hears about it once you approve the message.
A pricing request
“Set a task on their record to send pricing by Thursday.”
The request becomes a task on the contact's record, with a date on it, so it is answered on time.
Weekly numbers from a distributor
“Add each region's figures to the Weekly Sales sheet as a row.”
The figures become rows in the sheet, so the weekly report is ready when Monday comes.
A new contact from an event
“Add Hannah to the CRM with a note that we met at the trade show.”
The contact is in your CRM with the context saved as a note, before the detail fades.
A proposal to file
“Save this under Customers/Arden/Proposals.”
The proposal is filed in the customer's folder, next to everything else about the account.
A lead the whole team should see
“Post this in #sales with the company name and what they asked for.”
The message is shown to you first, and lands in the channel once you approve it.

FAQs
- How do sales teams use ForwardThis?
- By forwarding the emails that carry work in them. A lead goes into the CRM with a follow-up task. A demo request lands in the calendar. A buyer's reply becomes a note on the deal record. A signed order gets filed and announced. Each one can be actioned from a single forwarded email.
- Does it work with the CRM a sales team already uses?
- Yes. It works with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Attio, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Slack and 145+ other apps. Each app takes one click to connect, and once connected it stays connected.
- Can it send outreach or run sequences?
- No. ForwardThis does not send cold outreach and does not run sequences. It handles the admin around selling: logging leads and contacts, adding notes and tasks to records, updating deals, booking meetings and filing paperwork. Your CRM's own tools do the outreach.
- Can my team use it too?
- We're working hard on getting our team plan ready to launch. If you'd like to use ForwardThis for your team, please email us for more information.
- What happens to commercially sensitive emails?
- Your email is processed securely and used only to carry out your instructions. ForwardThis keeps it just long enough for you to press undo, then deletes it completely. Nothing is stored long term.
- Does it work with Salesloft or Outreach?
- Not yet. ForwardThis cannot add work to those platforms today, and new apps are added every month. It still covers the rest of a sales stack: the CRM, the calendar, files, sheets and Slack.
