How it works
Connect Klaviyo
Create a free account and connect Klaviyo. It takes about 30 seconds, and you only do it once.
Forward an email
Forward any email to your ForwardThis address along with your instructions. One email can ask for several things at once.
Done.
ForwardThis replies when it's done, with a short summary and links to what it made - and an undo button if something doesn't look right.
Just forward it
to do@forwardthis.io

Suppress this person in Klaviyo, and add Rosie to the Wholesale Enquiries list while you're there.
---------- Forwarded message ----------
Hi, I've been getting your newsletter for a while and I'd rather not any more. Could you take me off the list please? Separately, Rosie in wholesale asked to be added.

Why you need ForwardThis
Email is messy, every message asking for something different. It means constantly leaving your inbox and juggling tabs. ForwardThis skips all of that: forward an email along with some simple instructions, and it’s handled. Compatible with every email provider, and it works across the apps you’re already using.
Questions
- How do I send an email to Klaviyo?
- Forward the email to your ForwardThis address with some simple instructions, like "add them to the Wholesale Enquiries list" or "suppress this person". ForwardThis finds or creates the profile from the email address, does the thing, and replies to confirm. The first time, you'll need a free account with Klaviyo connected, which takes about 30 seconds, and that's the entire Klaviyo email integration.
- Does this send marketing emails for me?
- No. Nothing here sends anything to anyone. It works on profiles, lists and segments, and it can leave a campaign sitting at draft with its list, subject line and sender filled in. Pressing send is a separate step you take inside Klaviyo, and this product cannot reach it. Flows are out for the same reason, including the kind of event that would quietly start one.
- Can I add someone to a Klaviyo list from an email?
- Yes. Say which list and ForwardThis adds them, creating the profile from their email address if it doesn't exist yet. An existing profile with the same address is updated rather than duplicated. Removing someone from a list works the same way, and so does suppressing them account-wide when they've asked you to stop mailing them.
- Can it undo adding a profile?
- Not that one, and it says so rather than pretending. Klaviyo's only way to remove a profile is a privacy deletion job, which is a legal tool and not an undo, so a brand new profile stays. Everything around it can be reversed for 24 hours: a list add comes back off, a list removal goes back on, a details change restores what was there, a draft campaign is deleted while it's still a draft, and a suppression is lifted.
- How is this different from Klaviyo's own imports or Zapier?
- An import is the right tool for a spreadsheet of a thousand people. Zapier is right when the same signup lands in the same shape every day and you want a rule that runs forever. ForwardThis is for the one-off that arrives in your inbox: the unsubscribe request, the wholesale enquiry, the customer who changed their email address. One forward, one line, no rule to build first.
