How it works
Connect Breezy HR
Create a free account and connect Breezy HR. It takes about 30 seconds, and you only do it once.
Forward an email
Forward any email to your ForwardThis address along with your instructions. One email can ask for several things at once.
Done.
ForwardThis replies when it's done, with a short summary and links to what it made. Breezy HR has no way to take these back, so anything that cannot be reversed is shown to you first.
Just forward it

Why you need ForwardThis
Email is messy, every message asking for something different. It means constantly leaving your inbox and juggling tabs. ForwardThis skips all of that: forward an email along with some simple instructions, and it’s handled. Compatible with every email provider, and it works across the apps you’re already using.
Questions
- How do I send an email to Breezy HR?
- Forward the email to your ForwardThis address with a line naming the role, like "add her to the Account Manager role". If a CV is attached, Breezy reads the name, contact details, work history and education straight out of it. You get shown what it is about to add and it goes in once you say yes. The first time, you'll need a free account with Breezy HR connected, which takes about 30 seconds - that's the entire Breezy HR email integration.
- Can it add a candidate straight from an attached CV?
- Yes, and that is the point of it. The CV goes over from the forwarded email as it is, so there is nothing to download and re-upload, and Breezy parses it into a proper candidate record on the role you named. Anything the CV does not cover, like who referred them, you can add in the same instruction as a note.
- Will it move a candidate to the next stage or reject anyone?
- No. Advancing, scoring, rejecting and moving someone to a different role are all deliberately left out, because those are judgements with a person on the other end of them and a forwarded email is not that judgement. It will tell you what stage somebody is at. It will never change it.
- Can I undo something it added to Breezy?
- No, and that is why it asks first. Breezy has no way to remove a candidate or a note once they exist, so instead of offering an undo it cannot honour, ForwardThis shows you exactly what it is about to add and waits for your yes. Nothing is written to Breezy without you seeing it.
- Can it tell me which roles are open?
- Yes. Ask and it lists the published positions with their location and department. Ask for drafts, closed or archived roles by name and it will list those instead.
