Why you need ForwardThis

ForwardThis skips all of that: forward an email along with some simple instructions, and it’s handled. Compatible with every email provider, and it works across the apps you’re already using.
Questions
- How do I send an email to Deel?
- Forward the email that asked the question to your ForwardThis address and add a line like "check Marek Nowak's contract and tell me what we've paid him since 1 June". The answer comes back to you as a reply, so you can pass it straight on. The first time, you'll need a free account with Deel connected, which takes about 30 seconds - that's the whole Deel email integration.
- Can it approve a timesheet or pay an invoice?
- No, and it never will. On Deel the money decision is not the payment, it is the review: approving a timesheet or an invoice adjustment puts that money into the next payment run, so it is the same decision as pressing pay. Approvals stay with a person. It will not add an invoice adjustment either, because that adds money to an invoice that is about to be settled.
- Can it sign, end or change a contract?
- No. Signing an agreement, ending someone's job and amending their terms are not email-sized decisions, and none of them can be taken back afterwards. Hiring someone is out for the same reason, and so are personal, department and working-location edits: getting one of those wrong from a forwarded message is a payroll or immigration problem, not a typo.
- What can it actually tell me?
- Look up a worker by name or email and get their role, team and start date. Look up contracts with the worker, type and status, or narrow to the ones in progress, completed or waiting for signature, and read any one of them in full. List invoices with date, status and total, paid ones by default or all of them if you ask. List payments Deel has already made, with date, method and total, optionally since a date you name. Reading changes nothing, so there is nothing here to undo and nothing to approve.
- Is this better than logging into Deel?
- Not for real payroll work. If you are running a cycle, reviewing timesheets or onboarding someone, open Deel: that is what it is for, and those are exactly the things this will not do. This is for the other kind of moment, when a question lands in your inbox from finance or a manager and wants an answer in the next ten minutes without you leaving your email.
